A to Z Blogging Challenge: N is for.. NOPE.

This picture sums up perfectly my attitude when it comes to embracing something new:

It's not that I don't like the growing and discovering process that comes with change.  I do!  There are many situations that I have been shoved into, kicking and screaming, and when it was all said and done, I absolutely loved the results.  I find myself sitting here, trying to explain what it is about change that freaks me out the most, and my brain is giving me *crickets*

(sigh)

So rather than dwell in questions without obvious answers, I'm going to take this opportunity to say

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY GOOD TWIN!!!!!
I LOVE YOU!!!!

I'm so happy you get to go first being 38!!!  Now I can sit back, with a big bowl of popcorn in hand, as I have a couple more weeks of saying "Nope" before I have to take that plunge myself ;)

  2. And change is scary. It's like the high dive at the pool...scary looking down but so much fricking fun when it's over! That's what I need a running start to change...just like on the high dive...it's a Metaphor...which would have come in handy yesterday...but I digress...
